Payment for services is due according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and may temporarily suspend services for technical reasons.
Cox's Bazar SMS Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
